当归四逆汤合四妙勇安汤对下肢骨折患者深静脉血栓预防研究分析

Study and Analysis on the Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Lower Limb Fractures by Danggui Sini Decoction Combined with Simiao Yong’an Decoction

摘要: 目的：分析当归四逆汤合四妙勇安汤对下肢骨折患者深静脉血栓的预防作用。方法：选取2021年~2024年治疗的下肢骨折患者720例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组360例。所有患者术后均给予相同的基础治疗，对照组给予低分子肝素钙预防，疗程为2周；观察组在对照组的基础上给予当归四逆汤合四妙勇安汤预防，疗程为2周。观察两组患者术后和预防治疗2周后的下肢深静脉血栓发生的情况。结果：治疗后对照组患者的总有效率76.9%，观察组总有效率90.6%；观察组发生下肢深静脉血栓的总概率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：当归四逆汤合四妙勇安汤对下肢骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果比传统的西医治疗效果更安全、有效，不良反应少。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the preventive effect of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with Simiao Yong’an Decoction on deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients with lower limb fractures. Methods: A total of 720 patients with lower limb fractures treated from 2021 to 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 360 cases in each group. All patients received the same basic postoperative treatment. The control group was given low-molecular-weight heparin calcium for prevention, with a course of 2 weeks; the observation group was additionally treated with Danggui Sini Decoction combined with Simiao Yong’an Decoction on the basis of the control group, with the same course. The incidence of lower limb DVT was observed in both groups after surgery and after 2 weeks of preventive treatment. Results: After treatment, the control group of the observation group 76.9% vs. the total effective rate 90.6%; the total probability of lower limb DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Danggui Sini Decoction combined with Simiao Yong’an Decoction is safer, more effective, and has fewer adverse reactions than traditional western medical treatment in preventing lower limb DVT in patients with lower limb fractures.
