中医体质辨识在社区老年人健康管理中“治未病”的应用价值体会

Experience on the Application Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Identification in the Health Management of Elderly People in the Community for “Preventing Diseases before They Occur”

摘要: 目的：观察中医体质辨识在社区老年人健康管理中“治未病”的应用价值。方法：选取社区老年人200例(2024年1月至2025年6月)，均在健康管理“治未病”中开展中医体质辨识及干预措施，观察疾病知识认知水平、中医体质评分、自我管理能力及生活质量。结果：与干预前对比，干预后老年人疾病知识认知水平高，中医体质评分改善好，自我管理能力评分高，生活质量评分高，P < 0.05。结论：在社区老年人健康管理“治未病”中应用中医体质辨识能提高老年人疾病知识认知水平，改善中医体质，提高自我管理能力及生活质量，值得借鉴。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the application value of TCM constitution identification in “preventing diseases before they occur” in the health management of the elderly in the community. Method: 200 elderly people in the community (from January 2024 to June 2025) were selected. All of them underwent medical constitution identification and intervention measures in the health management “preventing diseases before they occur”. The cognitive level of disease knowledge, TCM constitution score, self-management ability and quality of life were observed. Result: Compared with before the intervention, after the intervention, the elderly had a higher cognitive level of disease knowledge, a better improvement in the score of traditional Chinese medicine constitution, a higher score of self-management ability, and a higher score of quality of life, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The application of TCM constitution identification in the “preventing diseases before they occur” of elderly health management in the community can enhance the elderly’s cognitive level of disease knowledge, improve TCM constitution, and enhance self-management ability and quality of life. It is worth learning from.
