摘要: 患者,女,63岁,因发现脾肿物10月余,腹痛3天入院。腹部增强CT示:脾内见大小约140 × 90 mm稍低密度团片影,边界尚清,内密度不均,平扫期CT值约49 Hu,动脉期未见明显强化,CT值约51 Hu,静脉期呈轻度强化,CT值约66 Hu;肝内见数个稍低密度结节。术后肝内病灶较术前明显增多。
Abstract: Patient, female, 63 years old, admitted due to abdominal pain for 3 days and a splenic mass discovered over 10 months ago. Enhanced abdominal CT revealed: A slightly hypodense mass measuring approximately 140 × 90 mm within the spleen, with relatively well-defined margins and heterogeneous internal density. CT values were approximately 49 Hu during the non-contrast phase, no significant enhancement was observed during the arterial phase (CT value approximately 51 Hu), and mild enhancement was noted during the venous phase (CT value approximately 66 Hu). Multiple slightly hypodense nodules were identified within the liver. Postoperative liver lesions were markedly increased compared to preoperative findings.
