基于农旅融合理念的特色田园乡村景观设计研究——以南京徐家院为例

Research on Characteristic Pastoral Villages Landscape Design Based on the Concept of Integration of Agriculture and Tourism—Taking Nanjing Xujiayuan as an Example

摘要: 农旅融合是推动乡村产业增值与景观提质的重要路径。本文以南京市江宁区徐家院特色田园乡村为研究对象，通过分析徐家院在农业资源与旅游功能结合中的现状，立足农旅互促的发展框架，探讨乡村景观空间布局优化、产业功能植入与文化基因活化的协同设计策略。提出以农促旅、以旅兴农的景观营造策略，包括生产性景观活化、乡土元素创意转化、游憩空间功能整合等，旨在为特色田园乡村实现生态、经济与社会效益的协同发展提供实践参考。

Abstract: The integration of agriculture and tourism is an important way to promote the value-added of rural industries and the improvement of landscape quality. This paper takes the characteristic pastoral village of Xujiayuan in Jiangning District, Nanjing City as the research object, analyzes the current situation of Xujiayuan in the combination of agricultural resources and tourism functions, and discusses the collaborative design strategy of rural landscape spatial layout optimization, industrial function implantation and cultural gene activation based on the development framework of mutual promotion of agriculture and tourism. This paper proposes a landscape creation strategy of promoting tourism through agriculture and revitalizing agriculture through tourism, including productive landscape revitalization, creative transformation of local elements, and functional integration of recreational space, aiming to provide a practical reference for the coordinated development of ecological, economic and social benefits in characteristic pastoral villages.
