小学教师的心理障碍与调适研究
Research on Psychological Barriers and Adjustment of Primary School Teachers
摘要: 在新时代背景下,小学教师不仅需要完成繁重的教育教学任务,还需在校园日常环境中应对多方面的人际互动与情绪劳动,在此过程中容易产生不同程度的心理障碍,进而影响其工作状态与职业幸福感。教师是立德树人的关键力量,其心理健康状况直接关系到教育质量和学生的健康发展。因此,关注小学教师群体的心理状态、探究其成因并提出有效调适策略,具有重要的现实意义。本文通过探访教师的心理状态、生活状态、工作环境状态以及社交状态来探寻教师心理障碍的成因,进而从自我干预与外部支持两个维度,提出促进教师心理健康的可行路径。
Abstract: In the new era, primary school teachers are not only required to fulfill demanding teaching and educational tasks but also need to navigate multifaceted interpersonal interactions and emotional labor in their daily campus environments. This process can lead to varying degrees of psychological barriers, ultimately affecting their job performance and professional well-being. Teachers play a crucial role in fostering virtue and nurturing future generations, and their psychological health directly impacts the quality of education and the healthy development of students. Therefore, paying attention to the psychological state of primary school teachers, exploring the underlying causes, and proposing effective adjustment strategies are of significant practical importance. This paper investigates the causes of psychological barriers among teachers by examining their mental, living, working, and social conditions. Furthermore, it proposes feasible pathways to promote teachers’ psychological health from both self-intervention and external support perspectives.
