高职临床医学专业“三段三早三培养”校院组合体协同育人模式的构建与实践

摘要: 在加快建设教育强国和医学教育改革不断深入的背景下,传统医学人才培养模式已难以满足社会对应用型医学人才的需求。协同育人视域下“三段三早三培养”(简称“333”)校院组合体人才培养模式深度融合学校与医院的资源优势,通过重构课程体系、共建实训基地与师资队伍、构建多元评价体系等举措,有效提升了学生的临床实践能力、岗位执业能力及社会服务能力。实践成效证实,这一模式对深化医教协同、优化人才培养方案、全面提升医学人才培养质量具有显著推动作用,为高职医学院校协同育人提供了新路径与实践参考。
Abstract: Under the background of accelerating the building of a strong country in education and continuous deepening of medical education reform, the traditional medical talent cultivation model can no longer meet the social demand for applied medical talents. The “Three-Stage, Three-Early, and Three-Cultivation” (referred to as “333”) talent cultivation model in the school-hospital consortium, based on collaborative education, deeply integrates the resource advantages of schools and hospitals. Through measures such as restructuring the curriculum system, jointly building practical training bases and faculty teams, and constructing a diversified evaluation system, this “333” model effectively enhances students’ clinical practice abilities, job practice abilities, and social service capabilities. The practical effectiveness has proven that this “333” model significantly promotes the deepening of medical-education collaboration, the optimization of talent cultivation programs, and the comprehensive improvement of medical talent cultivation quality, which offers a novel pathway and valuable reference for collaborative education in higher vocational medical colleges.
