基于产教融合的集成电路制造工艺课程教学改革与实践
Teaching Reform and Practice of Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Process Course Based on Industry-Education Integration
摘要: 随着集成电路产业的快速发展,高校人才培养与产业需求之间的结构性矛盾日益突出。本文结合武汉易思达科技有限公司提出的“产教融合实验室建设方案”及其ES4518虚拟仿真软件,探讨集成电路制造工艺课程的教学改革路径。通过构建“虚拟仿真 + 真实产线”的双轨教学模式,优化课程内容与实训体系,提升学生的工程实践能力和产业适应能力,为集成电路人才培养提供可借鉴的改革方案。
Abstract: With the rapid development of the integrated circuit (IC) industry, the structural mismatch between talent cultivation in universities and industry demands has become increasingly prominent. This paper explores the teaching reform path for the Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Process course, drawing on the “Industry-Education Integration Laboratory Construction Solution” proposed by Wuhan Yistart Technology Co., Ltd. and its ES4518 virtual simulation software. By constructing a dual-track teaching model of “virtual simulation + physical production line”, the course content and practical training system are optimized. This approach enhances students’ engineering practical ability and industry adaptability, providing a referable reform scheme for cultivating IC talent.
