Economic Law Regulation of Community Group Buying under the Internet Background

摘要: 在互联网技术迅速发展的背景下，社区团购作为一种新型的经济发展模式迅速发展，公共卫生事件发生期间，社区团购凭借其自身的操作便利、实惠、质量高的优势吸引了大量的用户并迅速发展起来，随着社区团购市场的不断扩大，社区团购中黑心团长哄抬物价牟取高额利润、欺诈行为、食品安全违法行为、电商平台破坏公平竞争环境等问题越来越严重。这就要求我们采取经济法规制，通过本文的研究，旨在加强对社区团购的经济法规制，促进社区团购行业的健康发展，保障消费者的合法权益，同时为相关部门提供参考，为制定更加科学合理的经济法规提供借鉴。

Abstract: Amid the rapid advancement of internet technology, community group buying has emerged as a new economic model. During public health emergencies, this business model has gained significant traction through its operational convenience, cost-effectiveness, and quality assurance. However, as the market expands, issues such as unscrupulous group leaders inflating prices for excessive profits, fraudulent practices, food safety violations, and e-commerce platforms undermining fair competition have become increasingly prevalent. This necessitates enhanced economic regulation. Through this study, we aim to strengthen regulatory frameworks for community group buying, promote industry development, protect consumer rights, and provide actionable insights for policymakers to establish more scientifically sound economic regulations.
