高职院校朋辈心理队伍建设困境与培养探索——以重庆工商职业学院为例

摘要: 朋辈心理队伍作为个体社会支持的一部分,占据同龄人优势,同时,也成为高校开展心理工作、实施危机预警的重要队伍。然而,当前高职院校朋辈队伍建设面临管理制度不足、培训理论化、专业能力不足、队伍选拔不齐等困扰。本文以重庆工商职业学院为例,结合高职院校学生的心理特点与教育现状,探讨高职院校朋辈心理服务队伍的培养与实践路径,提出分层培训、协同管理、多维支持的对策体系,并结合实践案例,为优化朋辈心理服务提供理论与实践参考。
Abstract: As a part of personal social support, peer psychological team occupies the advantage of peers, and at the same time, it has become an important team in carrying out psychological work and implementing crisis early warning in colleges and universities. However, the current peer team construction in higher vocational colleges is faced with problems such as an insufficient management system, theoretical training, insufficient professional ability and uneven team selection. Under the background of the rapid development of online media, combined with the psychological characteristics and educational status of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the training and practice path of peer psychological service team in higher vocational colleges, puts forward a countermeasure system of hierarchical training, collaborative management and multi-dimensional support, and verifies its effectiveness with practical cases, providing practical reference for optimizing peer psychological service.
