中小学教师自我效能感的影响因素及其培养策略探究
A Study on the Influencing Factors of Self-Efficacy among Primary and Secondary School Teachers and Strategies for Its Cultivation
摘要: 教师自我效能感,作为教师对自身教学能力、教育效果以及能否对学生产生积极影响的信心程度,对教师的教育教学行为及教育质量具有显著影响。本文介绍了教师自我效能感的内涵,作用意义,发展现状,影响因素以及培养对策,为后续研究提供参考借鉴。
Abstract: Teacher self-efficacy, which refers to teachers’ confidence in their own teaching abilities, educational effectiveness, and their capacity to positively influence students, significantly impacts their teaching behaviors and educational quality. This study introduces the connotation, significance, current development status, influencing factors, and cultivation strategies of teacher self-efficacy, providing reference and insights for subsequent research.
