游戏教学法在亲子游泳教学中的应用

摘要: 近年来,诸多家长逐渐意识到游泳是较为有效的运动方式,纷纷为子女报名参与亲子游泳课程。然而,与国外在幼儿游泳教学应用领域的研究相比,国内亲子游泳研究起步较晚,且缺乏深入探究。本研究主要运用教学实验、访谈、问卷调查等方法,在教学过程中引入游戏教学法,并对实验班和对照班学员实验前后的游泳技能、惧水心理等展开测试与分析。研究结果显示,游戏教学法较传统教学方法具备更良好的教学成效。
Abstract: In recent years, parents have increasingly recognized swimming as the most scientifically sound exercise for children, leading to a surge in parent-child swimming classes. However, compared to international research on early childhood aquatic education, domestic studies in this field started later and lack in-depth exploration. This study employed teaching experiments, interviews, and questionnaires to implement game-based instruction in swimming classes, analyzing participants’ swimming skills and water anxiety levels before and after the program. The results demonstrated that game-based teaching methods outperformed traditional approaches in enhancing learning outcomes.
