“体育 + 康养”双轮驱动：德阳市健康产业高质量发展的融合路径研究

“Sports + Health Care” Dual-Driven Development: A Study on the Integrated Pathway for High-Quality Development of Deyang’s Health Industry

摘要: 在健康中国战略与高质量发展背景下，“体育 + 康养”产业融合成为推动区域经济转型升级的重要路径。德阳市作为四川省健康产业发展的重点区域，依托传统体育资源优势与康养产业基础，具备探索体养融合模式的实践条件。本研究以德阳市为案例，采用文献分析、实地调研及案例比较法，探讨“体育 + 康养”双轮驱动下健康产业高质量发展的融合路径。研究发现，德阳市通过“资源整合 + 业态创新”模式，初步形成了武术养生、运动康复、森林康养等特色业态，但仍存在政策协同不足、产业链衔接松散、专业人才短缺等瓶颈。基于此，本文提出“三链融合”发展路径：一是强化政策链，完善跨部门协同机制；二是优化服务链，推动体育健身与康养服务一体化供给；三是激活人才链，构建“政校企”联动的专业化培养体系。研究结论可为德阳市及同类地区健康产业提质增效提供理论参考与实践借鉴，同时为体养融合的可持续发展提供新模式。

Abstract: Under the Healthy China strategy and the context of high-quality development, the integration of the “sports + health care” industry has become a crucial path for promoting regional economic transformation and upgrading. As a key region for health industry development in Sichuan Province, Deyang City, leveraging its advantages in traditional sports resources and its foundation in the health care industry, possesses practical conditions for exploring integrated models of sports and health care. This study, using Deyang as a case study, employs literature analysis, field research, and case comparison to explore integrated paths for high-quality development of the health industry under the dual-drive of “sports + health care”. The study finds that, through the “resource integration + business model innovation” model, Deyang has initially developed distinctive business formats such as martial arts health, sports rehabilitation, and forest health care. However, bottlenecks remain, including insufficient policy coordination, loose industrial chain connections, and a shortage of professional talent. Based on this, this paper proposes a “three-chain integration” development path: first, strengthening the policy chain and improving cross-departmental coordination mechanisms; second, optimizing the service chain and promoting the integrated provision of sports, fitness, and health care services; and third, activating the talent chain and establishing a professional training system that integrates government, schools, and enterprises. The research findings can provide theoretical and practical references for improving the quality and efficiency of the health industry in Deyang City and similar regions, while also offering a new model for the sustainable development of the integration of sports and wellness.
