摘要: 就业育人是高校落实立德树人、维护就业安全稳定、实现高质量就业及构建“大思政”格局的关键。高校需大力推动其高质量发展，培养兼具科技伦理素养、创新精神与家国情怀的复合型人才。就业指导课程与思政教育的深度融合，具有服务国家战略、推动教育改革、助力学生发展、促进社会稳定的战略价值，能为社会培育适配人才。通过构建对接产业需求与育人目标的动态化课程体系、打造复合型师资队伍、推进智慧化教学模式改革、优化政校企协同育人生态等举措，实现深度融合，为社会发展提供坚实的人才支撑与智力保障。

Abstract: Employment-oriented education is crucial for universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, maintain employment security and stability, achieve high-quality employment, and build a “comprehensive ideological and political education” framework. Universities need to vigorously promote the high-quality development of such education, and cultivate interdisciplinary talents who possess not only scientific and technological ethics literacy and innovative spirit but also a sense of national pride and responsibility. The in-depth integration of career guidance courses with ideological and political education holds strategic value in serving national strategies, promoting educational reform, supporting students’ development, and maintaining social stability, which enables the cultivation of talents suitable for social needs. By taking measures such as constructing a dynamic curriculum system that aligns industrial demands with talent cultivation goals, building an interdisciplinary teaching team, advancing the reform of intelligent teaching models, and optimizing the collaborative education ecosystem involving government, enterprises, and universities, the in-depth integration can be realized, thereby providing solid talent support and intellectual guarantee for social development.
