Exploration and Research on the Cultivating Model for Multilingual Talents in Frontier Universities in the New Era

摘要: 随着经济全球化和信息化的发展，复语人才的需求越来越大，而传统的单一语种教育已经无法满足社会对多语种复合型人才的需求。基于现有文献和国内高校复语人才培养实践经验，文章探讨了复语人才培养的现状和问题，并提出了一些解决方案和建议，包括培养目标、课程设置、培养模式和师资队伍建设等方面的改革和创新，旨在为边疆高校提高复语人才培养水平和促进人才培养体系建设提供参考，尤其希望能够助力边疆高校复语人才培养。

Abstract: With the development of economic globalization and informatization, the demand for multilingual talents has been increasing. However, traditional single-language education can no longer meet society’s need for multidisciplinary multilingual talents. Based on existing literature and practical experience in cultivating multilingual talents in domestic universities, this paper explores the current situation and challenges in training multilingual talents. It proposes solutions and suggestions, including reforms and innovations in training objectives, curriculum design, training models, and faculty development. The aim is to provide references for frontier universities to enhance the cultivation of multilingual talents and promote the construction of a talent training system, with a particular focus on supporting the development of multilingual talent training in these institutions.
