近二十年案例教学法在心理学教学中的研究进展与趋势分析——基于CiteSpace知识图谱的可视化分析

Research Progress and Trend Analysis of Case Learning Methods in Psychology Teaching over the Past Two Decades—Visual Analysis Based on the CiteSpace Knowledge Graph

摘要: 研究旨在通过系统分析案例教学法在心理学中的应用和研究现状，以期为后续案例教学的资源建设和使用提供指导。研究以“心理学”“案例教学法”为主题，在中国知网(CNKI)数据库，检索2000年至2024年5月的相关文献，运用文献计量软件CiteSpace对已有研究的发文趋势、关键词共现图谱等进行可视化分析。结果表明，案例教学在心理学学科中的运用与研究，经历了探索、逐步增长和波动下降三个阶段。涉及的主题主要包括了案例教学的改革创新、案例教学的方法运用以及心理健康教育和心理咨询案例分析等。今后该领域的研究应进一步关注人工智能技术在案例教学数字资源库建设中的运用，以及新形态案例教学模式的分析等，切实提高案例教学的积极效果，落实心理学拔尖人才的培养。

Abstract: This study aims to systematically analyze the application and research status of the case teaching method in psychology, with the goal of providing guidance for the subsequent development and utilization of case teaching resources. Using “psychology” and “case teaching method” as the themes, the research retrieved relevant literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, covering the period from 2000 to May 2025. The bibliometric software CiteSpace was employed to conduct a visual analysis of the publication trends and keyword co-occurrence networks in existing research. The results indicate that the application and research of case teaching in the field of psychology have gone through three stages: exploration, gradual growth, and fluctuating decline. The main topics involved include the reform and innovation of case teaching, the application of case teaching methods, as well as mental health education and case analysis in psychological counseling. Future research in this field should further focus on the application of artificial intelligence technology in the construction of digital resource libraries for case teaching, as well as the analysis of new forms of case teaching models, to effectively enhance the positive outcomes of case teaching and advance the cultivation of top-tier talent in psychology.
