企业数字化转型的同群效应研究——基于上市公司的经验证据

A Study on the Peer Group Effect of Enterprise Digital Transformation—Based on Empirical Evidence from Listed Companies

摘要: 同群企业之间的协助共享能否有助于帮助企业更好制定策略、规划发展方向，从而破除转型困境难题值得深入研究。本文利用2010~2022年间中国的A股上市企业样本，将相同产业或地域的企业看作同群企业，考察企业数字化转型过程的同群效应及其外在影响因素。经过研究发现，我国企业在数字化转型过程中存在着显著的同群效应，市场竞争水平、不确定的经济政策以及金融集聚程度等外部因素均会在一定程度影响企业间的模仿行为。

Abstract: It is worth conducting in-depth research on whether the assistance and sharing among enterprises in the same group can help them better formulate strategies and plan development directions, thereby overcoming transformation difficulties. This article uses a sample of A-share listed companies in China from 2010 to 2022, treating companies in the same industry or region as peers and examining the peer effects and external influencing factors in the process of digital transformation. Through further research, it has been found that there is a significant peer effect among Chinese enterprises in the process of digital transformation. External factors such as market competition level, uncertain economic policies, and degree of financial agglomeration can all affect the imitation behavior between enterprises to a certain extent.
