贵州省大中小学表达性艺术疗愈的本土化现状与可持续发展路径研究
Study on Localization and Sustainable Development Path of Expressive Arts Therapy in Primary, Secondary, and Higher Education in Guizhou Province
摘要: 在国家与贵州省加强学生心理健康和学校美育的政策背景下,表达性艺术疗愈在校园教育中展现出重要价值。依托苗绣、侗歌、蜡染等民族文化资源,贵州探索将绘画、音乐、心理剧等方法融入心理健康教育,形成了“家校社医”协同、多场景应用的地方模式。本文运用文献分析、政策解读与案例研究,梳理了该领域的实践现状与发展困境。结果表明,表达性艺术疗愈能够有效促进学生情绪调节与文化认同,但仍面临人才短缺、城乡资源失衡、评估体系薄弱和课程整合不足等问题。针对这些挑战,提出了分层人才培养、资源均衡配置、科学评估与课程常态化等可持续发展路径。研究认为,表达性艺术疗愈不仅有助于提升贵州大中小学生的心理健康水平,也为民族地区教育与心理干预的融合提供了借鉴。
Abstract: In the context of national and provincial initiatives in China to strengthen students’ mental health and aesthetic education, expressive arts therapy has emerged as a valuable approach within school settings. Leveraging Guizhou’s rich ethnic cultural resources—such as Miao embroidery, Dong folk songs, and batik—local practices have integrated painting, music, psychodrama, and related methods into mental health education, thereby establishing a multi-scenario model characterized by collaboration among families, schools, communities, and healthcare institutions. Through literature review, policy analysis, and case studies, this paper examines the current practices and developmental challenges of expressive arts therapy in Guizhou. Findings indicate that expressive arts therapy effectively enhances students’ emotional regulation and cultural identity; however, significant obstacles remain, including shortages of qualified professionals, disparities in urban–rural resources, underdeveloped evaluation frameworks, and insufficient curricular integration. To address these challenges, the study proposes sustainable development pathways involving tiered talent cultivation, equitable resource allocation, scientifically grounded evaluation, and the normalization of therapy-infused curricula. This research highlights that expressive arts therapy not only contributes to improving the psychological well-being of students across educational stages in Guizhou but also offers valuable insights into the integration of education and psychological interventions in ethnically diverse regions.
