巴林特小组活动对手术室护士工作压力、自我效能感及职业认同的效果研究
Study on the Effects of Balint Group Activities on Operating Room Nurses’ Job Stress, Self-Efficacy, and Professional Identity
摘要: 目的:探讨巴林特小组活动对手术室护士工作压力、自我效能感及职业认同的效果研究。方法:选取2025年2月~2025年5月医院手术室在职注册护士60人作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组和试验组,每组30人,对照组接受常规培训,试验组在对照组的基础上参加巴林特小组活动。于干预前、干预后24小时内及干预后3个月采用中国护士工作压力量表、一般自我效能感量表、护士职业认同评定量表、护士临床沟通能力量表进行评估两组护士干预前后的效果。结果:干预后手术室护士的工作压力量表中职业压力评分低于干预前,一般自我效能量表、临床沟通能力量表中各维度得分均高于干预前,职业认同量表中挫折应对维度高于干预前,且3个月随访显示效果持续。结论:巴林特小组活动能够提高手术室护理人员的自我效能感、临床沟通能力,同时还增加了护士的职业认同,减缓职业压力,且具有一定的长期稳定性,值得在临床推广。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of Balint group activities on job stress, self-efficacy, and professional identity of operating room nurses. Methods: Sixty in-service registered nurses from the hospital’s operating room from February to May 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 nurses in each group. The control group received conventional training, while the experimental group participated in Balint group activities on top of the control group’s training. The Chinese Nurses’ Job Stress Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale, Nurses’ Professional Identity Scale, and Nurses’ Clinical Communication Ability Scale were used to assess the effects of the intervention on the nurses in both groups before and after the intervention, as well as within 24 hours and 3 months after the intervention. Results: After the intervention, the occupational stress score in the job stress scale of operating room nurses was lower than before the intervention, while the scores in each dimension of the general self-efficacy scale and clinical communication ability scale were higher than before the intervention. The frustration coping dimension in the professional identity scale was higher than before the intervention, and the effect was sustained during the 3-month follow-up. Conclusion: Balint group activities can improve the self-efficacy and clinical communication ability of operating room nurses, while also enhancing their professional identity, alleviating occupational stress, and maintaining a certain long-term stability. It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
