星状神经节阻滞在疼痛科的研究进展

摘要: 星状神经节阻滞(Stellate Ganglion Block, SGB)作为一项微创治疗，在各临床科室的应用日益广泛，其临床疗效也逐渐获得认可。本文通过对SGB的作用机制、临床实践、技术操作及联合治疗策略等方面的研究进展进行系统梳理，探讨了SGB在疼痛科方向的最新研究进展及未来发展趋势。
Abstract: As a minimally invasive intervention, stellate ganglion block (SGB) has been increasingly adopted across various clinical departments, and its therapeutic efficacy has gained growing recognition. This article systematically reviews recent advances in the mechanisms of action, clinical applications, technical procedures, and combination therapy strategies of SGB, and discusses the latest research progress and future directions of SGB in the field of pain medicine department.
