乡村振兴背景下辽宁省农村教育管理的实现路径
Implementation Path of Rural Education Management in Liaoning Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization
摘要: 本研究聚焦辽宁省农村教育,深入剖析其改革与发展状况。通过对教育资金、教学质量、教育环境等现状的调研,揭示了教育资源分配不均、教育体制不够完善、家校合作存在障碍、教育理念相对滞后以及学术心理健康问题突出等问题。基于此,提出优化教育资源配置、创新教育管理体制、促进教育与农村经济社会融合、推进教育信息化建设等一系列探索性策略,旨在为推动辽宁省农村教育改革与发展提供理论参考与实践指导,助力区域农村教育实现高质量发展。
Abstract: This study focuses on rural education in Liaoning Province and conducts an in-depth analysis of its reform and development status. Through investigations into the current situation of educational funds, teaching quality, educational environment, etc., it reveals such problems as uneven distribution of educational resources, imperfect educational system, obstacles in home-school cooperation, relatively backward educational concepts, and prominent academic and mental health issues. Based on this, a series of exploratory strategies are proposed, including optimizing the allocation of educational resources, innovating the educational management system, promoting the integration of education with rural economy and society, and advancing the construction of educational informatization. The purpose is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting the reform and development of rural education in Liaoning Province, and to help realize high-quality development of regional rural education.
