Research on the Cross-Departmental Construction of Artistic Characteristic Archive Resources in Art Colleges and Universities in the Background of “Electronic Archives Management Measures”

摘要: 目的/意义：在《电子档案管理办法》背景下，以高等艺术院校艺术特色档案资源挖掘和管理服务支持高校教学、科研、学科及文化发展。方法/过程：文章通过分析艺术特色资源的主体框架和挖掘跨部门平台建设研究，从跨部门合作、主体转化、挖掘渠道和沟通方式等方面，以及通过人力、技术、平台、渠道及空间氛围的调整，利用国家法规的推动力，搭建适应高校发展需求的艺术特色档案资源共建共享数据库。结果/结论：深度挖掘艺术特色档案资源，用艺术特色档案资源打造艺术高校资源保障体系，构建艺术特色档案资源科学获取渠道。

Abstract: Purpose/Significance: Under the background of the “Electronic Archives Management Measures”, the artistic characteristics of the archives resources mining and management services support the teaching, scientific research, discipline and cultural development of colleges and universities. Methodology/Process: Through the analysis of the main framework of artistic characteristic resources and the research on the construction of cross-departmental platform for mining, this paper builds a co-construction and sharing database of artistic characteristic archive resources that meets the development needs of colleges and universities from the aspects of cross-departmental cooperation, subject transformation, mining channels and communication methods, as well as the adjustment of manpower, technology, platform, channels and space atmosphere, and the driving force of national laws and regulations. Results/Conclusions: Digging into artistic characteristic archive resources deeply, using artistic characteristic archive resources to strengthen the resource guarantee system of art colleges and universities, and building scientific access channels for artistic characteristic archive resources.
