眼针疗法在眼部疾病治疗中的应用与研究进展

Application and Research Progress of Eye Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Ocular Diseases

摘要: 眼针疗法属微针疗法，即在眼部特定脏腑分区针刺以治疗相应脏腑疾病，自创立以来广泛应用于疾病的多个领域，本文主要阐述眼针疗法五轮八廓的理论基础，八区十三穴、观眼识病的临床基础；着重探讨眼针疗法在干眼症、视力相关、眼肌麻痹及视疲劳等疾病诊疗中的优势；严格掌握眼部解剖、针刺技巧，规范操作，避免针刺出血，以期为干眼症等眼病提供全面、科学的诊疗思路，并推广眼针疗法的应用。

Abstract: Eye acupuncture therapy, a form of micro-acupuncture, involves needling specific ocular zones corresponding to internal organs to treat diseases of these organs. Since its development, it has been widely applied in various medical fields. This article elaborates on the theoretical basis of eye acupuncture, including Wu Lun Ba Kuo, as well as the clinical foundation of the Thirteen Acupuncture Points in Eight Zones and Guan Yan Shi Bing. It emphasizes the advantages of eye acupuncture in treating dry eye syndrome, vision-related disorders, ophthalmoplegia, and asthenopia. Strict mastery of ocular anatomy and needling techniques, along with standardized operations, is essential to avoid bleeding during acupuncture. The aim is to provide comprehensive and scientific diagnostic and therapeutic insights for ocular diseases such as dry eye syndrome and to promote the application of eye acupuncture therapy.
