工程伦理教育融入纺织工程专业的路径探析
Exploration of Pathways for Integrating Engineering Ethics Education into Textile Engineering Curriculum
摘要: 为了解决纺织工程专业中伦理教育与技术脱节的问题,本文首先介绍了国内外工程伦理教育的发展历程与差异。从课程设置、师资结构和评价体系三方面总结了纺织工程专业在工程伦理教学中存在的问题。并从优化培养方案、开发本土案例以及改进教学方法三个方面提出了解决方案,为培养高伦理素养的纺织工程人才提供一定的理论和思路。
Abstract: This paper aims to address the disconnection between ethical education and technical skills in textile engineering education. It first reviews the development and differences in domestic and international engineering ethics education. The problems in textile engineering ethics instruction are summarized from three aspects: curriculum setting, faculty structure, and evaluation system. A solution is proposed that involves optimizing the program curriculum, developing local cases, and improving teaching methods, thereby providing a theoretical foundation and practical ideas for cultivating textile engineering talents with high ethical standards.
