新文科背景下“理实结合、启问引思、德业兼修”的《教育心理学》教学改革实践
The Teaching Reform Practice of “Educational Psychology” under the Background of New Liberal Arts, Featuring “Integration of Theory and Practice, Provoking Questions and Thinking, and Cultivation of Both Morality and Professional Skills”
摘要: 《教育心理学》传统课堂教学中,以教师讲授为主,学生学习参与度低、对教育理论前沿知识获取能力不足、所学理论知识技能与教育教学实践之间存在明显脱节。本次课程改革秉承“学生中心、问题导向、持续改进”的教学理念,创设“理实结合、启问引思、德业兼修”为核心的教学体系。构建模块化课程内容体系,丰富课程资源,实施“三实一研”的实践教学体系;根据学习风格,组建学习小组,创新教学方法;推行润物细无声的课程思政,结合全程嵌套的多元教学评价,提升学生的自主学习能力、探索创新能力和知识迁移能力,厚植家国情怀,实现知识内化、能力提升与价值塑造的和谐统一。
Abstract: In traditional, classroom teaching is the main way in Educational Psychology class, students have low participation in learning, lack of ability to acquire preamble knowledge of educational theories, and there is an obvious disconnection between the theoretical knowledge and skills learned and educational teaching practice. This curriculum reform is guided by the construction of “new liberal arts”, adhering to the teaching concept of “student-centered, problem-oriented and continuous improvement”, and creating a teaching system with the core of “integration of learning and research, inquiry and reflection, and moral and professional cultivation”, so as to enhance students’ independent learning ability, exploration and innovation ability and knowledge transfer ability, and deepen their national feelings, realize the harmony and unity of knowledge internalization, ability improvement and value shaping.
