数智赋能低龄银发高知人才资源的开发与再就业研究

Research on the Development and Re-Employment of the Young Elderly Talents Resources Empowered by Digital Intelligence

摘要: 数字技术在赋能低龄银发高知人才资源的开发与再就业方面存在社会认知固化与政策法律有待完善、数字技术应用与适应性问题、数智服务体系与信息共享平台支持不足、数据安全与隐私保护等问题。文章主要从摒弃错误认知、加强数字技能培训、搭建供需信息共享平台、强化数据安全与风险防控几方面提出实施策略。数智赋能低龄银发高知人才资源的开发与再就业仍有巨大的发展空间。

Abstract: There are problems in the development and re-employment of the young elderly talents resources empowered by digital technology, such as the solidification of social cognition and the need for improvement in policies and laws, the application and adaptability of digital technology, insufficient support from digital intelligence service systems and information sharing platforms, as well as data security and privacy protection. This article mainly proposes implementation strategies from several aspects, including discarding wrong perceptions, strengthening digital skills training, building a supply and demand information sharing platform, and enhancing data security and risk prevention and control. There is still huge room for development in the development and re-employment of the young elderly talents resources empowered by digital intelligence.
