A Textual Research and Research Overview of the Editions of The General History of Xinjiang

摘要: 《新疆图志》是清朝末年由新疆通志局修纂的最后一部新疆地方通志。该书自出版以来深受社会各界重视，是研究清末新疆历史的重要资料。但由于该书在编修过程中讹误较多，问世后几经修改并付梓刻印。后人对不同版本《新疆图志》的内容研究颇丰，并有大量成果问世。

Abstract: The General History of Xinjiang compiled by the Xinjiang General Gazetteer Office in the late Qing Dynasty, is the last general chronicle of Xinjiang from that period. Since its publication, this work has garnered significant attention from various sectors of society and serves as an important resource for studying the history of Xinjiang in the late Qing Dynasty. However, due to numerous errors during its compilation process, the book underwent multiple revisions and was republished and block-printed after its initial release. Subsequent generations have conducted extensive research on the content of different editions of “The General History of Xinjiang,” resulting in a wealth of scholarly achievements.
