摘要: 高校就业工作关系到学生成才和社会发展，是学校培养和输送人才的一项重要工作。作为高校与学生联系最紧密、对学生综合情况掌握最全面的群体，辅导员是推动就业工作的核心力量。文章结合当前大学生在就业过程中呈现的问题，以及辅导员在开展学生就业指导过程中存在的不足，进而探索辅导员在创新就业指导工作中的具体路径和方法，旨在提升就业指导的针对性与实效性，助力大学生高质量就业。

Abstract: University employment services are crucial for student development and societal progress, representing a vital function for institutions in nurturing and placing talent. As the group most closely connected with students and possessing the most comprehensive understanding of their overall circumstances, university counselors serve as the core force in advancing employment initiatives. This paper addresses current challenges faced by university students during their job search and identifies existing deficiencies in counselors’ employment guidance efforts. Subsequently, it explores specific innovative approaches and methods for counselors to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of employment guidance, thereby assisting university students in securing high-quality employment.
