复元理念下社会工作介入青少年抑郁症康复的机制与挑战

Mechanisms and Challenges of Social Work Intervention in Adolescent Depression Recovery under the Recovery Theory

摘要: 本文以复元理念为理论基础，探讨社会工作介入青少年抑郁症康复的机制与实践挑战。研究表明，青少年抑郁症低龄化趋势显著，已成为全球性公共健康问题，对个体成长与社会可持续发展构成严峻挑战。复元理念倡导从“疾病管理”转向“意义重建”，聚焦个体优势、未来希望与社会融合，为社会工作介入青少年抑郁症康复提供了全新理论视角与实践框架。文章系统梳理了复元理念的理论演进脉络及相关评估工具的发展现状，从个体、家庭、学校、社区多层面，剖析了青少年抑郁症康复的影响因素及社会工作的复元导向介入路径。进而从理论工具本土化、人才队伍专业化、跨部门协同机制建设三方面，指出当前实践面临的核心挑战，并提出针对性优化建议，旨在推动我国青少年抑郁症康复服务从症状控制向全人发展模式转型。

Abstract: Grounded in the recovery-oriented approach, this paper explores the mechanisms and practical challenges of social work intervention in adolescent depression recovery. Research indicates that adolescent depression is increasingly affecting younger populations, becoming a global public health issue that poses significant challenges to individual development and sustainable social progress. The recovery-oriented approach advocates shifting from “disease management” to “meaning reconstruction,” emphasizing individual strengths, future hope, and social integration, thereby providing a novel theoretical perspective and practical framework for social work intervention in adolescent depression recovery. This article systematically reviews the theoretical evolution of the recovery-oriented approach and the development of related assessment tools. It analyzes the influencing factors of adolescent depression recovery and recovery-oriented intervention pathways for social work across individual, family, school, and community levels. Furthermore, it identifies core challenges in current practice from three aspects: the localization of theoretical tools, the professionalization of personnel, and the establishment of cross-sector collaboration mechanisms. Targeted optimization suggestions are proposed to promote the transformation of adolescent depression recovery services in China from a symptom-control model to a holistic development model.
