马克思主义社会科学方法论对教师开展中小学心理健康课程的指导意义
The Guiding Significance of Marxist Social Science Methodology for Teachers in Conducting Mental Health Courses in Primary and Secondary Schools
摘要: 马克思主义社会科学方法论以科学性、系统性、实践性、先进性的特质,以唯物史观为理论基础,创造性地提供解决问题的思路和方法,深层次地指导当代中国社会各类问题科学地推进,有着较强的应用性和实践性。近年来,越来越多的学生出现焦虑、抑郁、自卑等心理问题,更有甚者出现自伤行为,这些问题不仅影响学生的学习和生活,还对他们的身心健康造成不可逆转的负面影响。因此,中小学教师必须对学生实施有效的心理健康教育,帮助学生更好地度过心理危机。对此将重点探讨马克思主义社会科学方法论在中小学教师开展心理健康教育工作上的指导意义,以期为中小学心理健康教师的教学提供参考借鉴。
Abstract: Marxist social science methodology is characterized by its scientific, systematic, practical, and progressiveness traits. It is grounded in the theoretical foundation of historical materialism. It creatively provides the solutions and methods for practical problems, and deeply directs the realistic problems. With the direction of Marxist social science methodology, our China’s realistic problems have been scientifically advanced. That is to say Marxist social science methodology has strong practicality and applicability. Recently, more and more students in our country have been suffering from psychological problems, such as anxiety, depression, low-esteem and so on. Students with more serious psychological problems have also exhibited self-harming behaviors. These problems not only affect our students’ life and study, but also cause irreversible negative impacts on their physical and mental health. Therefore, our primary and secondary school teachers must give students effective mental healthy education. At the same time, teachers should help students get through the psychological crisis period. According to above issues, this paper will focus on discussing the guiding significance of Marxist social science methodology for mental health education in primary and secondary schools, and provides suggestions for teachers in practical work.
