Innovation in Financial Shared Services under the Context of Big Data, Intelligence, Mobile, and Cloud Computing

摘要: 随着大数据和云计算迅速兴起与运用，传统的财务共享服务模式已经无法适应这个高速发展的时代，企业集团对财务共享服务的职能也有了新的需求，需要在原有核算的基础上更多的应用大数据分析以及管理会计的工具和方法，以更好地支持管理人员的决策工作，企业集团财务共享服务中心亟需进行符合新时代的管理优化升级，财务共享服务模式的升级与创新变得尤为迫切。本文阐述了“大智移云”时代财务共享现状和财务共享服务中心管理优化。

Abstract: With the rapid rise and application of big data and cloud computing, the traditional financial shared service model can no longer adapt to this era of rapid development. Enterprise groups have new demands for the functions of financial shared services, requiring the more extensive application of big data analytics and management accounting tools and methods on the basis of existing accounting. This is to better support the decision-making work of management personnel. Enterprise group financial shared service centers urgently need to undergo management optimization and upgrading that aligns with the new era, making the upgrading and innovation of financial shared service models particularly pressing. This article elaborates on the current state of financial shared services in the era of “Big Data, Intelligence, Mobile, and Cloud Computing” and the management optimization of financial shared service centers.
