航空维修保障人员流失原因及对策研究

Research on the Causes and Countermeasures of Personnel Loss in Aviation Maintenance Support

摘要: 基于航空维修保障人员满意度调查结果统计分析，得出人员流失的主要原因包括工作环境较差、管理方式方法缺乏温情、个人能力提升通道和职业规划不健全等；结合研究分析结果，总结提出控制航空维修保障人员流失的对策，包括优化管理模式，改善工作环境，构建科学的维修保障人员教育体系等。

Abstract: Based on the statistical analysis of the survey results on the satisfaction of aviation maintenance support personnel, the main reasons for personnel turnover are poor working environment, lack of in management methods, and lack of personal capacity improvement channels and career planning; combined with the research analysis results, this paper summarizes and proposes countermeasures to control the turnover aviation maintenance support personnel, including optimizing management models, improving working environment, and building a scientific maintenance support personnel education system.
