结构式舞动治疗对康复期精神分裂症住院患者干预研究

A Study on the Intervention of Structured Dance Movement Therapy for Inpatients with Schizophrenia in the Rehabilitation Phase

摘要: 目的：探讨结构式舞动治疗对康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法：选择2024年1~12月期间我院就诊的100例康复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象，采取随机数字分组法分为对照组和实验组。对照组采取常规康复治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上采取结构式舞动治疗。对比不同康复治疗方式对患者的预后影响。结果：实验组患者治疗3、6、9、12个月各时间点的SANS总分、SAPS总分、MRSS总分均低于对照组(P < 0.05)。ADL总分、SSPI总分均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：结构式舞动治疗可有效改善康复期精神分裂症患者的社会功能，促进其预后恢复。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the impact of structured dance therapy on the social functioning of schizophrenia patients in the rehabilitation phase. Methods: A total of 100 schizophrenia patients in the rehabilitation phase who visited our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using random number grouping. The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy, while the experimental group received structured dance therapy in addition to the conventional therapy. The effects of different rehabilitation therapies on patient outcomes were compared. Results: At 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of treatment, the total scores of SANS, SAPS, and MRSS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), while the total scores of ADL and SSPI were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Structured dance therapy can effectively improve social functioning and promote prognosis recovery in schizophrenia patients during the rehabilitation phase.
