针刺治疗焦虑障碍的机制与临床研究进展

Advances in Mechanisms and Clinical Studies of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Anxiety Disorders

摘要: 近年来，针刺治疗焦虑障碍的研究在国内外均有显著进展。研究表明，针刺作为一种传统中医疗法，在缓解焦虑症状方面展现出一定效果。当前研究热点主要集中在针刺对焦虑症患者神经递质水平、脑功能及心理状态的影响。本文通过论述动物实验和临床研究，探讨了不同针刺对焦虑症的治疗作用，讨论针刺疗法在与现代精神医学整合过程中面临的挑战，对未来的研究方向提出展望，以期为针刺疗法在焦虑障碍临床实践中的规范化应用提供科学依据。

Abstract: In recent years, research on acupuncture for anxiety disorders has made significant progress both at home and abroad. Studies have shown that acupuncture, as a traditional Chinese medicine therapy, demonstrates certain effects in relieving anxiety symptoms. The current research hotspots mainly focus on the effects of acupuncture on neurotransmitter levels, brain function and psychological state of patients with anxiety disorders. In this paper, we discuss the therapeutic effects of different acupuncture on anxiety disorders through animal experiments and clinical studies, discuss the challenges faced by acupuncture therapy in the process of integrating with modern psychiatry, and put forward a prospect for the future direction of research, with a view to providing a scientific basis for the standardized application of acupuncture therapy in the clinical practice of anxiety disorders.
