摘要: 本研究以北京市高职院校为研究对象,围绕学生岗位实习管理平台的建设现状与优化路径展开探讨。通过问卷调查与文献分析,系统梳理了当前实习管理信息化进程中存在的突出问题,包括系统功能不完善、校企数据互通不畅、用户参与度低、评价机制形式化等。在此基础上,从平台架构设计、功能模块优化、技术选型与用户体验提升等多个维度,提出了构建高效、协同、安全的实习管理信息化平台的实施策略。从制度对接、易用性提升、校企协同机制强化以及权益保障落实等方面,提出具有操作性的优化路径,旨在为提升高职院校实习管理信息化水平、推动职业教育高质量发展提供理论参考与实践依据。
Abstract: This study takes vocational colleges in Beijing as the research object and explores the current situation and optimization paths of the student internship management platform. Through questionnaire surveys and literature analysis, it systematically sorts out the prominent problems existing in the current process of internship management informatization, including incomplete system functions, poor data intercommunication between schools and enterprises, low user participation, and formalized evaluation mechanisms. On this basis, it proposes implementation strategies for building an efficient, collaborative, and secure internship management informatization platform from multiple dimensions such as platform architecture design, functional module optimization, technology selection, and user experience improvement. It also puts forward operational optimization paths from aspects such as system integration, usability improvement, strengthening of school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms, and implementation of rights protection, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical basis for enhancing the informatization level of internship management in vocational colleges and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
