数智化时代小学教师角色转型矛盾研究——基于政策期待与现实困境的分析
Research on the Contradictions in the Role Transformation of Primary School Teachers in the Era of Digital Intelligence—Analysis Based on Policy Expectations and Real Dilemmas
摘要: 数智化时代的到来无疑对各个领域都产生了深远影响,教育领域也不例外。小学是基础教育的重要阶段,人工智能的融入为其带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。作为教育活动的实施者,小学教师的角色也应发生相应转变,以适应新时代教育发展的需要。本文聚焦数智化时代小学教师的角色转型矛盾,通过梳理政策对小学教师的角色期待,分析小学教师在现实教学中面临的困境与矛盾。探讨基于国家相关政策,旨在为小学教师更好地适应数智化教育环境提供参考,推动教育质量提升。
Abstract: The arrival of the intelligent digital era has undoubtedly had a profound impact on various fields, and education is no exception. Primary school is an important stage of basic education, and the integration of artificial intelligence brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges. As implementers of educational activities, the role of primary school teachers should also undergo corresponding changes to meet the needs of education development in the new era. This article focuses on the contradictions in the role transformation of primary school teachers in the intelligent digital era, by sorting out the expectations of policies regarding the role of primary school teachers and analyzing the dilemmas and contradictions they face in practical teaching. It discusses national policies to provide references for primary school teachers to better adapt to the intelligent digital educational environment, thereby promoting the improvement of education quality.
