SMART原则引领下的教学目标的确定与实践——以《中药新药的药理研究与应用》为例
Determining and Implementing Teaching Objectives under the SMART Principle—Taking “Pharmacological Research and Application of New Traditional Chinese Medicines” as an Example
摘要: [研究背景与意义] 《中药新药的药理研究与应用》作为一门专创融合课程对中药新药开发具有推进作用,而该课程教学尚处建设阶段。当前教学目标常存在模糊、不可衡量等问题,制约了教学效果的提升。[目的] 明确SMART原则用于该课程教学目标制定理论与实践路径,为同类课程建设提供可操作的范例。[方法] 介绍SMART原则理论基础,并探讨其与布鲁姆教育目标分类学、成果导向教育(OBE)等理论的融合。分析《中药新药的药理研究与应用》教学现状。重点阐述SMART原则在教学目标中的应用与实践,并通过具体案例展示其操作化过程。[结果与效果] 通过整合理论与实践,展示本校应用SMART原则的情况,包括具体目标、衡量指标、可实现性分析和相关性体现,实践结果是学生知识技能显著提高。经验总结包括明确具体目标、建立衡量指标体系、考虑学生情况和结合行业学科发展等策略,也提到面临的挑战及解决方案。[结论] SMART原则对《中药新药的药理研究与应用》教学目标的制定与实践起到了重要的指导作用,展望未来研究方向。
Abstract: [Research Background and Significance] “Pharmacological Research and Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drugs” as a specialized and innovative integrated course has a promoting effect on the development of traditional Chinese medicine new drugs, but the teaching of this course is still in the construction stage. The current teaching objectives often have problems such as ambiguity and measurability, which restrict the improvement of teaching effectiveness. [Purpose] To clarify the application of the SMART principle in formulating theoretical and practical paths for the teaching objectives of this course, and to provide practical examples for the construction of similar courses. [Method] Introduce the theoretical basis of SMART principle and explore its integration with Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives and Outcome Based Education (OBE) theory. Analyze the current teaching status of “Pharmacological Research and Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drugs”. Emphasize the application and practice of SMART principle in teaching objectives, and demonstrate its operational process through specific cases. [Results and Effects] By integrating theory and practice, we demonstrate the application of SMART principles in our school, including specific goals, measurement indicators, feasibility analysis, and relevance reflection. The practical result is a significant improvement in students’ knowledge and skills. The experience summary includes strategies such as clarifying specific goals, establishing a measurement index system, considering student situations, and combining industry and disciplinary development. It also mentions the challenges faced and solutions. [Conclusion] The SMART principle plays an important guiding role in the formulation and practice of teaching objectives for “Pharmacological Research and Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drugs”, and looks forward to future research directions.
