及物性系统视角下“她综艺”节目的女性形象构建分析——以《乘风破浪的姐姐》为例

Analysis of Female Image Construction in “She” Variety Shows from the Perspective of Transitivity System—A Case Study of Sisters Who Make Waves

摘要: 本研究以系统功能语言学的及物性系统为理论框架，对《乘风破浪的姐姐》六季节目片头文案进行话语分析，从语言学视角探究该现象级“她综艺”节目的受欢迎动因。研究显示，节目片头文案主要使用了物质过程、关系过程和心理过程来塑造女性形象：通过物质过程塑造了女性作为突破者、实践者与互助者的行动主体形象，通过关系过程构建出从自我觉醒到集体共生的女性身份认同，并借助心理过程展现出内省力、共情力、承载力、赋能力与内生力等多维正向的女性心理力量。这些身份建构策略不仅突破了传统女性刻板印象，更有助于积极引导观众参与对性别秩序的文化重构。

Abstract: Guided by the transitivity system within Systemic Functional Linguistics, this study conducts a discourse analysis of the opening narratives across all six seasons of the reality show Sisters Who Make Waves. It aims to explore, from a linguistic perspective, why this iconic “She” variety show has garnered significant popularity. The findings reveal that the opening texts employ material processes to construct images of women as proactive agents: breakthrough achievers, action-takers, and mutual supporters. Relational processes are utilized to build female identity transformation from self-awakening to collective symbiosis, while mental processes help portray multidimensional positive strengths such as introspection, empathy, resilience, empowerment, and inner drive. These identity construction strategies not only challenge traditional gender stereotypes but also help actively engage the audience in the cultural reconfiguration of gender norms.
