新商科背景下基于“新三中心”大学生职业生涯规划课程中多场景教学实践——以重庆移通学院为例
Multi-Scenario Teaching Practice in College Students’ Career Planning Courses Based on the “New Three Centers” under the Background of New Business Studies—A Case Study of Chongqing College of Mobile Communication
摘要: 近年来,国内高校毕业生人数持续攀升,2025届全国普通高校毕业生规模预计达1222万人,同比增加43万人,面对当前多变复杂的环境下,社会对具有新商科的复合应用型人才的需求越来越大,指导学生进行有效的职业生涯规划,探讨高校在职业生涯规划教育方面的特征、原则及实施路径,显得尤为重要。本文在新商科背景下借用“新三中心”(“学生发展”“学生学习”“学习效果”)理念在大学生职业生涯规划课程教学实践中以重庆移通学院为例,通过比对大班、小班,普本与专升本学生等多场景教学实践来进一步创新性研究大学生职业生涯规划课程体系,以培养新商科背景下的应用型、复合型人才。
Abstract: In recent years, the number of college graduates in China has been rising steadily. The scale of college graduates nationwide in the 2025 cohort is expected to reach 12.22 million, an increase of 430,000 year-on-year. Faced with the current volatile and complex environment, society has an increasing demand for interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents with expertise in New Business Studies. Therefore, it is particularly important to guide students in formulating effective career plans and explore the characteristics, principles, and implementation paths of career planning education in colleges and universities. Under the background of New Business Studies, this paper takes Chongqing college of mobile communication as an example, and applies the concept of the “New Three Centers” (“Student Development”, “Student Learning”, “Learning Outcomes”) to the teaching practice of college students’ career planning courses. It further conducts innovative research on the curriculum system of college students’ career planning through multi-scenario teaching practices, such as comparing large classes with small classes, and regular undergraduate students with college-to-university upgrade students, so as to cultivate applied and versatile talents in the context of new business disciplines.
