学前融合教育背景下专科院校学前教育专业人才培养研究
Research on Talent Cultivation of Preschool Education Majors in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Preschool Integration Education
摘要: 学前融合教育的发展趋势和战略需要培养学前融合教育教师,这需要学前教育专业把握人才培养的动态发展。但在专科院校学前教育专业培养中出现学前教育专业与特殊教育专业相互分离、学前教育专业依托学科单薄、教师队伍建设力量薄弱等问题,因此需要以学前教育专业建设为基础,依托多学科体系促进专业转型、以专业群建设优化专业布局、将融合教育融入学前教育专业课程体系、吸纳不同专业背景的老师以适应学前融合教育发展趋势。
Abstract: The development trend and strategy of preschool integrated education require the cultivation of preschool integrated education teachers, which requires the preschool education profession to grasp the dynamic development of talent cultivation. However, in the training of preschool education majors in vocational colleges, there are problems, such as the separation of preschool education majors from special education majors, the weak reliance on disciplines in preschool education majors, and the weak construction of teacher teams. Therefore, it is necessary to take the construction of preschool education majors as the basis, rely on multidisciplinary systems to promote professional transformation, optimize professional layout through the construction of professional groups, integrate integrated education into the curriculum system of preschool education majors, and absorb teachers from different professional backgrounds to adapt to the development trend of preschool integrated education.
