数智化转型背景下药学产教融合实习的“云端双元育人”实践探索
Exploration on the “Cloud Dual Education” Practice of Pharmacy Industry-Education Integration Internship under the Background of Digital and Intelligent Transformation
摘要: 数智化转型背景下,职业本科院校药学专业面临学生基数大与实习资源不足、管理低效等挑战。本研究以浙江药科职业大学为例,提出“云端双元育人”实习管理模式,整合校企资源,利用“校友邦”、钉钉、腾讯会议等平台实现远程管理、资源共享与实时互动。通过校企协同制定实习计划、共建实践视频库、优化评价体系(教师考评60% + 企业考评40%),有效提升实习管理效率。2024~2025学年数据显示,实习开展率达98.47%,专业对口率85.6%,周记提交率73.5%,验证了该模式在解决地域限制、岗位单一及管理缺位问题上的有效性。未来需进一步深化AI技术应用,完善长效运行机制,推动职业教育产教融合的高质量发展。
Abstract: Under the background of Digital and Intelligent Transformation, the pharmacy major in vocational undergraduate colleges is faced with challenges such as a large student base, insufficient internship resources, and low management efficiency. Taking Zhejiang Pharmaceutical Vocational University as an example, this study proposes a “cloud dual education” internship management model, which integrates school-enterprise resources and uses platforms such as “Alumni Bond”, DingTalk, and Tencent Meeting to achieve remote management, resource sharing, and real-time interaction. Through school-enterprise collaboration in formulating internship plans, co-constructing practical video libraries, and optimizing the evaluation system (60% teacher evaluation + 40% enterprise evaluation), the efficiency of internship management has been effectively improved. Data from the 2024~2025 academic year shows that the internship development rate reached 98.47%, the professional counterpart rate was 85.6%, and the weekly report submission rate was 73.5%, verifying the effectiveness of this model in solving problems, such as geographical restrictions, single job types, and management absence. In the future, it is necessary to further deepen the application of AI technology, improve the long-term operation mechanism, and promote the high-quality development of industry-education integration in vocational education.
