RCEP背景下知识产权保护与数字技术创新能力的关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Intellectual Property Protection and Digital Technology Innovation Capability under the Background of RCEP

摘要: 数字技术创新能力在推动可持续发展方面发挥着重要作用，也是提升国家竞争力不可或缺的力量。区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)作为全球最大的自由贸易区，其成员国在知识产权保护方面存在差异，这对数字技术创新能力的发展产生了深远影响。本文旨在研究RCEP背景下知识产权保护与数字技术创新能力之间的关系，在分析RCEP成员国的知识产权保护现状和数字技术创新能力的基础上，探讨了知识产权保护水平与数字技术创新能力之间的正相关性。结果表明，高水平的知识产权保护为数字技术创新提供了激励和保障，同时数字技术创新能力的提升也对知识产权保护提出了新的挑战和要求。

Abstract: The innovation capability of digital technology plays a crucial role in advancing sustainable development and serves as an indispensable driver for enhancing national competitiveness. The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), the world’s largest free trade area, encompasses member countries with disparities in intellectual property protection. These disparities exert an influence on the development of digital technology innovation capability. This paper aims to investigate the relationship between intellectual property protection and digital technology innovation capability against the backdrop of RCEP. Based on an analysis of the current status of intellectual property protection and digital technology innovation capability among RCEP member countries, the study explores the positive correlation between the level of intellectual property protection and digital technology innovation capability. The results indicate that a high level of intellectual property protection provides incentives and guarantees for digital technology innovation, while the improvement of digital technology innovation capability also poses new challenges and requirements for intellectual property protection.
