摘要: 随着互联网技术的深度渗透,电子商务以其高效连接、信息透明和跨界融合的特性,正在重塑传统行业的发展模式。艺术品市场作为一个依托历史传承且高度依赖线下体验的领域,在数字经济时代面临着转型升级的关键机遇。本文系统剖析电子商务在艺术品市场发展过程中的作用机制,重点探讨其如何通过技术赋能与模式创新,破解传统艺术品市场在信任建立、体验优化和市场拓展等方面的核心难题。研究表明,电商平台通过构建多元信任保障体系、创新数字体验场景、拓展精准流量渠道,有效推动了艺术品市场的大众化、透明化和便捷化发展。同时,本文也客观分析了电商模式下艺术品市场面临的新挑战,并对未来发展路径进行展望,以期为推动艺术品市场的数字化转型升级提供理论参考和实践借鉴。
Abstract: With the deep penetration of Internet technology, e-commerce, characterized by high-efficiency connectivity, information transparency, and cross-boundary integration, is reshaping the development models of traditional industries. As a field deeply rooted in historical heritage and highly reliant on offline experiences, the art market is facing critical opportunities for transformation and upgrading in the digital economy era. This paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of e-commerce in the development of the art market, focusing on how technological empowerment and business model innovation address core challenges such as trust establishment, experience optimization, and market expansion in the traditional art market. Research indicates that e-commerce platforms effectively promote the democratization, transparency, and accessibility of the art market by constructing multi-dimensional trust assurance systems, innovating digital experience scenarios, and expanding precise traffic channels. Simultaneously, this study objectively examines new challenges arising under the e-commerce model and proposes future development pathways, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical insights for facilitating the digital transformation and upgrading of the art market.
