数字时代网络谣言的法律规制探析
Analysis of Legal Regulation of Online Rumors in the Digital Age
摘要: 在数字信息技术快速发展的当下，人们足不出户便可了解天下事，充分享受到了数字信息技术带来的便利，但这也为网络谣言的快速散播提供了便利。基于此，通过分析数字时代网络谣言的特征以及危害，并从法律规范角度剖析我国现行法律制度对网络谣言的规制现状，最终提出相应的完善建议和意见，以期为构建完善的网络谣言规范制度和打造清朗的网络舆论环境提供助力。
Abstract: In the current era of rapid development of digital information technology, people can learn about the world without leaving their homes and fully enjoy the convenience brought by digital information technology. However, this also provides convenience for the rapid spread of online rumors. Based on this, by analyzing the characteristics and harm of online rumors in the digital age, and from the perspective of legal norms, analyzing the current regulatory status of China’s legal system on online rumors, corresponding improvement suggestions and opinions are finally proposed, in order to provide assistance for building a sound regulatory system for online rumors and creating a clear online public opinion environment.
