基于扎根理论的医学院校辅导员岗位胜任力模型构建研究
Study on the Construction of Job Competency Model for Counselors in Medical Colleges and Universities Based on Grounded Theory
摘要: 运用扎根理论方法,通过分析36份政策文件和30名医学院校辅导员的访谈资料,采用三级编码,构建了职业素养、专业能力、教育能力、管理能力和自我发展力五个维度的胜任力模型。该模型明确了医学教育背景下的独特胜任要求,为辅导员选拔、培养与考核提供指导。
Abstract: By applying the Grounded Theory method, this study analyzed 36 policy documents and interview data from 30 counselors in medical colleges and universities. Through three-level coding, a competency model consisting of five dimensions was constructed, namely professional ethics, professional competence, educational ability, management ability, and self-development capacity. This model clarifies the unique competency requirements under the context of medical education and provides guidance for the selection, training, and assessment of counselors.
