教学评一体化下的“目标引导 + 任务驱动”教学模式研究——以移动通信设备操作课程为例
Research on the “Goal-Guided + Task-Driven” Teaching Model under the Teaching-Learning-Assessment Integration—Taking the Mobile Communication Equipment Operation Course as an Example
摘要: 针对通信设备实操课程中存在的“目标虚化、任务离散、评价滞后”等痛点,围绕当前职业教育课堂改革的教学评一体化核心诉求,构建“目标引导 + 任务驱动”教学模式,以明晰、可测的学习成果为导航,以递进式任务链为载体,以伴随式多元评价为保障,形成“教–学–评”闭环。经移动通信设备操作课程中教学实践表明,该模式显著提升了学生的设备调测一次成功率与综合职业能力,对同类实训课程改革具有推广价值。
Abstract: Addressing the pain points of “blurred objectives, discrete tasks, and lagging evaluations” in the communication equipment operation course, and centered around the core demand of integrating teaching, learning, and assessment in current vocational education classroom reforms, we have constructed a “goal-guided + task-driven” teaching model. Guided by clear and measurable learning outcomes, supported by a progressive task chain, and secured by accompanying diversified evaluations, a “teaching-learning-assessment” closed loop is formed. Teaching practice in mobile communication equipment operation courses has shown that this model significantly improves students’ one-time success rate in equipment tuning and testing as well as their comprehensive vocational abilities. It holds promotional value for similar practical training course reforms.
