“新工程教育转型”的多维度材料化学本科人才培养模式研究
Research on the Multidimensional Talent Cultivation Model for Undergraduate Materials Chemistry under the “Transformation of New Engineering Education”
摘要: 文章以材料化学专业人才培养模式的顶层设计为切入点,系统性推进课程体系、教学进程、教学内容、师资配置与教学方法的整体化重构。通过构建从“点”的突破到“线”的延伸、最终实现“面”的融合的“多维度”递进式教学路径,推动以“新工程教育转型”为方向的工程教育改革。研究以培养能够引领未来产业与社会发展的领导型工程人才为目标,创新设计科研项目式综合研究性课程,坚持“知识学习与操作训练相结合”的理念,旨在系统提升学生的学习能力、创新能力和人本主义思维,最终建立可持续的高质量工程人才培养长效机制。
Abstract: This paper begins by presenting a top-level design for the talent cultivation model in the Materials Chemistry program. It systematically promotes the integrated restructuring of the curriculum, teaching process, content, faculty allocation, and instructional methods. By constructing a multidimensional and progressive teaching path that evolves from “targeted breakthroughs” to “linear expansion,” ultimately achieving “comprehensive integration,” the study advances the transformation of engineering education within the framework of the “Transformation of New Engineering Education”. The research is focused on cultivating leadership-oriented engineering talents who can guide future industrial and social development. It innovatively designs project-based, comprehensive research courses that adhere to the principle of “integrating knowledge acquisition with practical training.” The goal is to systematically enhance students’ learning abilities, innovative capacity, and humanistic thinking, thereby establishing a sustainable and long-term mechanism for high-quality engineering talent cultivation.
