Research Status and Future Prospects of Digital Transformation of Supply Chain in Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要: 在数字经济时代背景下，制造业企业供应链数字化转型已然成为提升产业竞争力的关键路径，本文基于《中国制造业数字化转型行业发展研究报告》以及上海市制造业数字化转型实践案例对国内外供应链数字化转型研究现状予以系统分析，研究表明其呈现出智能化、生态化、服务化发展趋势且需政府引导、企业主导、技术支撑的协同推进机制以实现产业链供应链深度融合与价值共创。

Abstract: Under the background of the digital economy era, the digital transformation of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises has become a key path to enhance industrial competitiveness. Based on the “Research Report on the Development of Digital Transformation in China’s Manufacturing Industry” and the practical cases of digital transformation in Shanghai’s manufacturing industry, this article systematically analyzes the current research status of supply chain digital transformation at home and abroad. Research shows that it presents a development trend of intelligence, ecology and service orientation, and requires a collaborative promotion mechanism guided by the government, led by enterprises and supported by technology to achieve deep integration and value co-creation of the industrial chain and supply chain.
