针灸调节肠道菌群的研究进展

摘要: 肠道菌群失调与多种疾病发生密切相关。针灸作为一种非药物疗法,在调节肠道菌群稳态方面展现出独特潜力。本综述系统总结了针灸通过调节肠道菌群,在改善消化系统、代谢性及神经系统疾病中的临床效应,并重点阐述了其基于“神经–免疫–代谢”三级网络的多靶点作用机制,包括调节脑肠轴、修复肠屏障、免疫平衡与代谢重构。当前研究仍存在机制因果证据不足、标准化程度低等局限,未来需借助多组学技术及严谨临床试验深入解析其作用机制,推动针灸迈向精准微生态干预新阶段。
Abstract: Dysbiosis of the gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence of various diseases. Acupuncture, as a non-pharmacological therapy, shows unique potential in regulating gut microbiota homeostasis. This review systematically summarizes the clinical effects of acupuncture in improving diseases of the digestive system, metabolic disorders, and neurological diseases through the modulation of gut microbiota, and emphasizes its multi-target mechanisms based on the “neuro-immune-metabolic” three-tier network, including regulation of the brain-gut axis, repair of the intestinal barrier, immune balance, and metabolic restructuring. Current research still has limitations such as insufficient causal evidence for mechanisms and low standardization; future studies need to employ multi-omics technologies and rigorous clinical trials to further elucidate the mechanisms of action, promoting acupuncture towards a new phase of precise micro-ecological intervention.
