20世纪30年代期刊漫画的视觉艺术表征和内涵——以《时代漫画》为例
Visual Artistic Representation and Connotation of Periodical Comics in the 1930s—Taking “Modern Sketch” as an Example
摘要: 在20世纪初的中国上海涌现出多本图文并茂的漫画期刊杂志,其中最具代表性和影响力的当属《时代漫画》,主编鲁少飞编辑策略的开放性和题材的民主性令人称道,刊载的漫画艺术作品视觉主题宽泛,以新闻性、批判性和幽默性而著称。张光宇、张英超、张乐平、叶浅予、丰子恺等漫画大师都参与到这场视觉语言革命和艺术美学革新中来。毫无疑问,杂志页面上那些生动的漫画图文艺术性和思想性兼具,折射了时代风貌。
Abstract: At the beginning of the 20th century, Shanghai, China saw the emergence of multiple illustrated comic magazines, among which the most representative and influential was undoubtedly “Modern Sketch”. The editor in chief, Lu Shaofei, was praised for his open editing strategy and democratic themes. The comic art works published had a wide range of visual themes and were known for their news, critical, and humorous nature. Comic masters such as Zhang Guangyu, Zhang Yingchao, Zhang Leping, Ye Qianyu, and Feng Zikai have all participated in this visual language revolution and artistic aesthetic innovation. There is no doubt that the vivid comics, graphics, and images on the magazine pages have both artistic and ideological qualities, reflecting the style of the era.
