This paper delves into the self-regulatory mechanisms employed by e-commerce platforms in intellectual property protection, examining the challenges and opportunities they face. Through case studies of platforms like Taobao and Douyin, it reveals the significance and practical pathways of platform self-regulation in e-commerce intellectual property protection.
